My New Addiction: Pinterest

Okay, so I have all of this AMAZING stuff, well, maybe not AMAZING, but at least somewhat interesting stuff to blog about, but none of my pics will upload from Picasa and I'm too impatient to figure it out and let's face it... like you, I don't have that much time to spend blogging. This blog is called "Texas Homemaker" so I do have to like... homemake sometimes. Just sayin'...

Anywho, thanks to a dear dear family member, who shall at this moment remain nameless (because I'm too lazy to link to her blog again today), I am now addicted, and I mean totally addicted, to Pinterest. It's the neatest way to organize all of your favorite internet finds. I have not been this enthralled with the internet since the invention of Facebook. Actually, I think this is WAY more exciting that Facebook. It's like the newest way to collage all of your finds. I totally heart it bigtime!!! I now have a new way to stalk follow my friends through their interests, which is great when you have NO IDEA what to get them for their birthday. Which brings me to my list of favorite things about Pinterest: 1. You can really find out what your friends like (a picture is worth a thousand words). 2. Provides a great way to organize all your own internet finds and everyone knows what an organization junkie I am. I especially love the idea of using a board to "pin" all of your ideas for a wedding or party. 3. All the pics will eventually lead you back to the website it came from.

Okay, now I'm going to actually homemake for a while. No for real... I mean it this time. :)
